How LIYOU handles equipment inquiries, Meta lead forms, optional advertising cookies and privacy requests.

Who We Are
This notice explains how Xinxiang Liyou Machinery Co., Ltd. (LIYOU BulkTech), based in Xinxiang, Henan, China, handles personal information received through our website, equipment inquiries and, when used, Facebook or Instagram lead advertisements.

Information We Receive
- Equipment inquiries: your name, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, company, country, equipment and material requirements, capacity, messages and files you choose to provide.
- Inquiry attribution: the page from which you inquire, landing page, referring website and campaign or advertising click identifiers, where available. These help connect an inquiry to its source.
- Technical records: connection information such as IP address and browser or device details processed for website operation, security and spam prevention.
- Meta lead forms: if we run Facebook or Instagram Instant Forms, the contact details and business requirements you submit in the form, together with the relevant lead and campaign identifiers. Review the specific form before submitting it.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment credentials or information unrelated to your equipment inquiry.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to answer equipment questions, prepare quotations, discuss technical requirements and provide related customer support. We use technical records to protect and maintain the website and investigate misuse. Campaign attribution helps us understand which advertisements produce relevant equipment inquiries.
Submitting an equipment inquiry or lead form does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. Where separate permission is required for marketing, we will request it separately. You may ask us to stop marketing contact at any time.
Facebook and Instagram Lead Advertisements
If you submit a LIYOU lead form on Facebook or Instagram, the information you choose to share is made available to LIYOU for the equipment inquiry described in the form. We use it to contact you through the channels you provide and respond to that request. Meta also processes information on its own services under its privacy policy.
We do not sell your inquiry or lead-form information. Access is limited to the personnel and service providers involved in responding to the inquiry, supporting the website or carrying out necessary business operations. We do not use a lead-form submission as permission to sell or distribute your contact details to unrelated advertisers.
The privacy notice and any choices shown in a particular lead form apply alongside this policy. You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or an end to further marketing contact.
Meta Advertising Measurement and Cookies
We may advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our website currently has no active Meta Pixel or Conversions API integration. Linking to our Facebook page does not itself install a Meta advertising tracker.
If we later enable Meta Pixel, advertising measurement or remarketing, we will update this notice and configure the relevant consent controls before activation. Depending on the enabled configuration, advertising tools may process page visits, equipment interest, completed-inquiry events, cookie or click identifiers, IP address and browser or device information to measure advertisements and build or assess advertising audiences.
Our optional advertising tracking must follow your advertising choice where consent is required; choosing analytics alone does not grant advertising permission. We do not currently upload customer contact lists, enable advanced matching or send website inquiry contact details through Conversions API. Any future use of those features requires its own review, appropriate notice and permission or other applicable lawful basis. Hashing contact information does not make it anonymous.

Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the related business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. We review information when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved business matters.
We use access controls and measures intended to protect inquiry records and attachments. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Privacy Requests
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, request a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to the relevant authority. Email business@liyoubulktech.com with your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal records.
Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Cookie preferences can be changed without submitting an inquiry.
External Links and Policy Updates
Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and WhatsApp links open services governed by their own privacy policies. Clicking a WhatsApp link does not send a message automatically; you can review the message before sending it.
We may update this notice when our website or data practices change. The update date appears at the top of this page.
