Production Problems It Solves

Manual weighing slowing small packing runs

Controlled dosing supplies the package while the operator handles bag or container changes.

Coarse filling repeatedly overshooting the target

A suitable coarse/fine feeding sequence reduces the amount still falling near cutoff.

Where It Fits in Your Plant

Grain and seed packing

Portion rice, wheat or similar dry granules into bags with a weighing range and outlet appropriate to the particle size.

Pellet packaging

Fill compatible plastic pellets or other free-flowing granules. Package handling remains manual, so actual line output includes placement, removal and downstream sealing time.

How the Semi Automatic Granule Filling Machine Works

A feeder delivers granules into the dosing or weighing assembly. Coarse delivery supplies most of the dose and a fine-feed stage can approach the target weight. The discharge releases the measured portion into the package presented by the operator.

Selection Factors

  • Weigh range: the target fill must suit the weighing assembly and the granule size.
  • Feed stages: coarse feeding supplies most of the dose; fine feeding controls the final approach to target.
  • Cycle time: package placement and removal are part of the total output, not just the dosing interval.

Suitable Products for Packaging

Grain

Common Issues & Checks

  • Overweight fills: inspect the fine-feed cutoff and material still falling after the stop signal.
  • Unstable readings: inspect vibration, tare and contact with the weighing support.
