Production Problems It Solves

Operators lifting bags to high hoppers

A pickup line moves material to the receiver, reducing repeated manual lifting along that transfer.

Dust escaping during open charging

Suction draws material into a closed conveying line when the pickup and receiver are correctly connected.

Where It Fits in Your Plant

Mixer charging

Draw suitable flour, starch or dry ingredients from a source container into a receiver above the mixer. Cleaning access and filters matter when changing recipes.

Packing-machine supply

Replenish a hopper from a separate powder source. Conveying is cyclic when the receiver alternates filling and discharge; filter loading and route resistance affect average output.

How the Vacuum Conveyor Works

A vacuum source creates the pressure difference. Material enters the transport line, collects in the receiver and is released through a discharge arrangement. Filter cleaning and discharge timing influence sustained throughput.

Selection Factors

  • Cycle output: receiver filling, filter cleaning and discharge all contribute to the average transfer rate.
  • Route: pickup conditions, vertical lift, bends and air leakage affect the conveying duty.
  • Filters: filter medium and cleaning method must suit particle size and dust loading.

Common Issues & Checks

  • Slow pickup: inspect line leakage, pickup blockage and filter condition.
  • Incomplete receiver discharge: inspect the discharge valve and material bridging before extending the filling cycle.

Operating Precautions

Vacuum containment does not by itself establish hygienic or hazardous-area compliance.
