Lifting Equipment
Lift grain, sand and other bulk solids from a lower inlet to an elevated storage or processing point with a bucket elevator.
Buckets raise material vertically rather than requiring a long inclined conveyor route.
Continuous bucket circulation connects intake and discharge levels with a contained carrying path.
Lift cleaned grain from ground level to an elevated distributor or bin. Bucket filling and head discharge must suit the grain and required flow.
Raise dry sand or compatible powders to a screen or storage hopper. Abrasive feed affects bucket and casing wear; dusty service requires the corresponding containment and protection.
Buckets collect material at the inlet and move upward with the carrying belt or chain. The discharge arrangement depends on bucket speed and geometry. A head drive, lower return section, tensioning system and casing complete the circulating path. Belt and chain elevators must be treated as different mechanical configurations.

No. The Z-type route includes horizontal sections and usually a different bucket arrangement. Match the geometry and discharge principle.
Their relationship depends on the actual bulk density and how completely the buckets fill.
