Screening Equipment
Keep fine-powder screening openings clear with an ultrasonic vibrating screen for coating powders, mineral fillers and other cohesive dry powders.
Compare Screening Equipment ↗Ultrasonic excitation helps release adhering particles so more openings remain available for separation.
In-process mesh deblinding reduces reliance on stopping to clear light deposits; it does not repair damaged mesh or remove moisture.
Screen dry coating powder before packing or reuse to retain agglomerates that can affect the finished coating.
Separate oversized particles from calcium carbonate and ceramic powders. The required aperture remains the cut specification; ultrasonic power is not a substitute for choosing the correct mesh.
The separator moves the bulk material across a screen while a generator and transducer transmit high-frequency vibration into a compatible screen assembly. This local vibration can reduce adhesion at the mesh. The mechanical motor power and the ultrasonic generator power are separate specifications and should be identified separately.

Compatibility depends on the frame, transducer coupling and generator tuning. Match the assembly rather than buying the generator alone.
